Sunday’s quake comes less than a week after a 5.3-magnitude earthquake struck around 14km from Bodrum. It’s the fourth powerful earthquake to hit Turkey since the beginning of the summer, with 6.7 and 6.3-magnitude earthquakes having hit off the Turkish coast in July and June respectively. |
