The woman, who has not been named, pled guilty on Monday to having a breath alcohol level of 158 microgrammes. The current legal limit for drivers is 35 microgrammes. The woman pleaded guilty to three charges at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday.
The woman is set to be sentenced next month at Falkirk Sheriff Court. They included having a breath alcohol level of 158 microgrammes, nearly four-and-a-half times the legal limit of 35, and putting the child at risk.
The force said their summer drink-drive campaign had so far detected 16 drivers. She will be sentenced next month.
