A teenage girl has been subjected to what police describe as a serious sexual assault in Londonderry. A teenage girl has been subjected to a serious sexual assault in a public park in Londonderry's Shantallow area.
The incident took place in a public park in the city's Nelson Drive area on Saturday. Police said the girl was approached on Saturday at about 2230 BST by a man described as being in his 20s and with a strong local accent.
