Woman's body found in camper van Arrest after woman's van murder

Police are investigating the unexplained death of a woman, whose body was found in a camper van. A 58-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a woman whose body early on Saturday was found in a camper van in a public car park.
The woman, 57, was found at around 0400 BST in a public car park next to the Ship Hotel in Aberporth, Ceredigion. The woman, aged 57, from the Neath area, was discovered at about 0400 BST on Saturday in the van near the Ship Hotel in Aberporth, Ceredigion.
Dyfed-Powys Police said she was from the Neath area. Inquiries are continuing and the coroner has been informed. Dyfed-Powys Police said the man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Police at Cardigan want to hear from anyone who saw a Peugeot camper van in the area on Friday. He was bailed pending further inquiries and detained under the Mental Health Act.
Oliver Box, the son of the Ship Hotel's landlord, said the car park was not owned by the pub, even though it was next to it.
He said they became aware of the incident after waking up.
"We all came down this morning at about nine o'clock and there were police everywhere," he said.
