A man has died following a fight in a street in Watford, police have said.

Officers from Hertfordshire Police were called to Garsmouth Way at 2145 BST on Friday following reports of an altercation.

The death is being investigated by the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire Major Crime Unit.

Det Ch Insp Sean O'Neill said he would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who was in or around Garsmouth Way at the time.
