Pupils going on a school art trip have been involved in a "serious collision" between their minibus and a lorry. A 14-year-old girl has died in a crash involving pupils going on a school art trip.
John Taylor High School in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, said it was "aware of a road traffic accident involving some of our students". Emergency services were called to the crash between the minibus and lorry on the A38 in Castle Vale, Birmingham at 09:00 BST on Friday.
Paramedics at the scene on the A38 in Castle Vale, Birmingham, said they "assessed multiple patients from the minibus" and the lorry driver. A further 25 people were also treated, including the lorry driver, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
The pupils attend John Taylor High School in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire.

The A38 Kingsbury Road is shut and the ambulance service says there are "numerous resources" on the scene.
