Police warn of 'creeper' thefts | Police warn of 'creeper' thefts |

People living in south Belfast are being warned about creeper-style burglaries.
The police said there has been a number of incidents recently where homes in the area have been broken into, car keys removed and vehicles stolen.
Chief Inspector Trevor O'Neill said it was important householders take precautions to deter burglars.
"The more anti-theft devices in place, the longer it will take thieves to steal the item in question," he said.
"This increases the likelihood of these criminals being caught in the act," he said. |
