Renata Antczak, 49, was last seen walking near her home in Beamsley Way, Hull, at about 13:00 BST on 25 April. Renata Antczak was last seen with her 11-year-old child at Broadcare Primary School, Hull, at 08:45 BST on 25 April.
The Polish national was caught on CCTV at 08:45 the same day with her 11-year-old child at Broadcare Primary School.
