She was taken to Hope Hospital and later transferred to Pendlebury where she died. Michelle Holt, 43, owner of a hairdressing salon near to where Demi lived, said: "I saw an ambulance pull up around 4 o'clock on Tuesday.
"Next thing I knew there was two paramedics bringing out a little girl who to me looked lifeless and had a mask on her face.
"The mother was crying. She was sat on the floor. She was crying and screaming, hysterical.
"Then I saw two people get arrested.
"It was horrific and really scary."
Demi was taken to Hope Hospital and later transferred to Pendlebury, where she died.
