A man has suffered multiple wounds after being stabbed at T in the Park, Scotland's biggest music festival. A man has suffered "horrific" multiple stab wounds and another has died at Scotland's biggest music festival.
About 80,000 music fans are at the three-day event, staged in Perth and Kinross. A 22-year-old man was attacked at the T in the Park campsite at about 0045 BST. In a separate incident another man was found dead in his tent on Sunday.
The 22-year-old was attacked in the festival camp site's "blue zone four" area at about 0045 BST. He is in a serious but stable condition. About 80,000 music fans are at the three-day event, being staged in Perth and Kinross.
Tayside Police said it was a "horrific" attack by two men, who were likely to have had blood-stained clothing. Tayside Police said they were looking for two men in connection with the attack.
The area where the incident took place has been cordoned off for forensic investigation and officers have been interviewing witnesses and other festival-goers. The 22-year-old was assaulted in the festival camp site's "blue zone four" area. He is in a serious but stable condition.

"We're urgently trying to trace the males responsible and we're asking any campers or visitors to T in the Park, if they come across a blood-stained knife or similar weapon please leave it and contact any police officer or any steward right away.
"It's very important we do that because we still haven't found the weapon yet."
Det Ch Insp Kerr also said that the attackers were likely to have had blood-stained clothing.
Intensive care
It is understood the victim was attacked after trying to break up an altercation on the campsite and was found injured near a hedge separating the blue and yellow camp areas.
The detective said he may have died had it not been for the on-site doctor.

T in the Park organisers said they were happy that the incident was dealt with quickly. T in the Park event manager Colin Rodger said: "We are upset this incident took place, but we are extremely pleased to hear the assaulted man is in a stable condition.
"This is a real testament to the first class response from the emergency services that isolated the incident extremely quickly and provided the very best medical care anywhere in the country."

In the other incident, a 32-year-old man, who has not been named, was found by friends in his tent at about 1150 BST on Sunday and was later pronounced dead at the festival's on-site hospital.
Police said the cause of death was yet to be confirmed, but added that there no suspicious circumstances. It is understood his death was drug related.

A 32-year-old man has died within his tent at the camp site at T in the Park.
The man was found by his friends at around 11.50am who immediately notified emergency service personnel. Despite the best efforts of the medical staff on-site, the man was pronounced dead within the festival field hospital.
Whilst exact cause of death has yet to be established, there are no apparent suspicious circumstances and his death is believed to be a medical matter.
Officers are in the process of informing next of kin. The name of the deceased will not be released until that has been done. As with all sudden deaths, a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal at Perth.
