Man dies in crash in Tyrone

A 24-year-old man has died in hospital following a crash in County Tyrone.

He suffered serious head injuries when his car struck a tree at Tattymoyle Road near Fintona shortly before 2400 BST on Thursday.

Fire and ambulance services were called to the scene but he died in Erne Hospital in Enniskillen on Friday morning.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who saw the collision or noticed the silver Mitsubishi car beforehand.
