Abdullahi helped him to escape dressed as a Muslim woman wearing a burka. CCTV footage at Omar's trial showed the 6ft 2in man wearing the burka. He had also shaved his arms to look feminine and was carrying a white handbag.
Abdullahi, 20, admitted helping him escape and was jailed for three years.
Her conviction brings to an end the trials of the 16 people who either admitted or were convicted of charges connected to the attempted 21 July 2005 attacks on London's transport system.
Abdullahi is now pregnant and has a long history of mental illness, but Judge Paul Worsley rejected a plea that she should be spared jai.
He said: "The message must go out that this court will not go soft on those who assist terrorists even those who are young, vulnerable and under pressure, as you undoubtedly were."
