Mr Cunningham lived at Rossdale Gardens in the Four Winds area of the city. Mr Cunningham, a stonemason, lived at Rossdale Gardens in the Four Winds area of the city, but it is understood he grew up in Woodbreda Park.
The cul-de-sac remains sealed off as are two pathways, while detectives and forensics officers investigate.

Alliance Party Councillor Sara Duncan said she felt "deeply shocked and saddened" by the death.
"I knew the man who died since he was a child, and his death is so hard to fathom for the whole community," she said.
