He was charged with drink-driving last March after being arrested on the M4 near Newbury. The 29-year-old Gloucester centre was charged with drink-driving after being arrested on the M4 near Newbury in Berkshire on 15 March.
Tindall, 29, appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court. Tindall, from Minchinhampton, Gloucs, was stopped the morning after a day at the races in Cheltenham with his partner Zara Phillips.
He admitted being over the legal alcohol limit when he appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court.
