Man's body found after house fire

A man has died in a house fire in Aberdeenshire, police have said.

A member of the public raised the alarm at about 2140 BST on Friday, after a fire broke out in a property at Hillview Crescent in Rosehearty.

Police, ambulance and fire crews discovered the body of a 28-year-old man.

A Grampian Police spokesperson said there was not thought to be any suspicious circumstances. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
