Mrs Pitkin is understood to have been assistant manager at the St Elizabeth Hospice charity shop in Bury Street, not far from Stowupland Street where the couple's bodies were found. | |
Rachel Backshall, from the hospice, said staff were "shocked and saddened" to hear of Mrs Pitkin's death. | |
"Sarah was a well-loved member of the team and our thoughts and sincere condolences go out to her family and friends," she said. | |
"She had been with the hospice for four years and made a huge difference during that time. She was imaginative and creative and brought a real sense of fun to the shop. | |
