A judge at Belfast Crown Court is expected to give his verdict later in the trial of three men charged over the killing of Robert McCartney. A man has been found not guilty of murdering Belfast man Robert McCartney three years ago.
Terence Davison, 51, of Belfast, has denied murder.
Mr Davison is also accused of affray, as are James McCormick, 39, and Joseph Gerard Emmanuel Fitzpatrick, 47. They deny the charges.

Brendan Devine, a close friend of Mr McCartney, was also stabbed and injured. Terence Davison, 51, had denied murder during his month-long trial at the city's Crown Court.
The trial, which lasted a month, ended last Friday. The case came to world prominence over claims of IRA involvement in the killing and a high-profile campaign for justice by his sisters and partner.
