Alistair Leiper had a series of online video chats with two teenagers between December 2013 and April 2014, Southwark Crown Court heard. The 37-year-old pleaded guilty to three counts of attempting to engage in sexual activity in the presence of a child and one of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. He will be sentenced on 3 March. Judge Joanna Korner QC said she needed "to know whether he is dangerous" and ordered a pre-sentence report. Leiper was suspended from the force when he was arrested in August 2015. He was released on bail. |
