Vehicle stolen in 'creeper' raid

Police in Londonderry are investigating a so-called "creeper burglary" in the early hours of Saturday.

A blue Nissan 4x4 vehicle was taken from the driveway of the owner's house in the Mount Vernon area of the city.

It is believed that a woman who lived at the house had lost her handbag containing her car keys earlier in the day.

The vehicle was later found crashed at Springtown Industrial Estate.
