'Darth Vader' tablet warning from PSNI Teenager charged over 'Darth Vader' tablet incident

Police have issued a warning over tablets known as "Darth Vaders" after a 14-year-old boy who consumed the drug was treated in hospital. A 17-year-old boy has been charged with drugs offences after a 14-year-old boy was treated in hospital after taking half of a 'Darth Vader' tablet.
Officers said the boy was "treated for renal failure after reportedly consuming just half of one tablet". Police said the 14-year-old reported feeling unwell and required hospital treatment. He was later discharged from hospital and is recovering at home.
