The victim's family released a short statement following the discovery of the accident. | |
"Caecelia was a wonderful wife, mother, midwife and dear friend and her loss in a car crash is tragic, sudden and unexpected," it stated. | |
"We request at this time our privacy is respected and that we are allowed to grieve with family and friends. | |
"She was a wonderful and unique person who was loved very much by everyone who knew her and will be sorely missed." |
