Pilot hurt as light plane crashes

The man, in his 70s, made his own way out of the plane, which came down near a property called Tyndrain, close to Trawsfynydd in Snowdonia. The pilot, who was the only person on board, is said to have had minor injuries and was taken by helicopter to Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital at Bangor. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch will look into the crash. |
