Samantha Barks has become the first actress to be kicked off the live final of the BBC talent show I'd Do Anything. Actress Jodie Prenger has landed the role of Nancy in the West End musical Oliver! after winning the BBC talent show I'd Do Anything.
On hearing the results the 17-year-old said: "This has been the most amazing experience of my life." The 28-year-old from Blackpool, who chose to perform I have Nothing, burst into tears as host Graham Norton announced the winner.

He told Samantha he thought she had done "wonderfully well" to have got as far as she did in the contest.
The 17-year-old from the Isle of Man, performed her version of Dionne Warwick's Anyone Who Had a Heart.
Jessie, who is 18 and from County Kerry in Ireland, has been performing since the age of seven.
She sang Roberta Flak's The First Time I Saw Your Face.
At 28, Jodie, from Blackpool, is the oldest of the three remaining contestants. A keen salsa dancer, she currently works as an agony aunt.
During the week of rehearsals all three contestants got to work with veteran stage performer Liza Minnelli.
