Mr Nicholls said she was "bitterly disappointed" to learn she will be prosecuted over five charges.

Refused to talk
The alleged incident occurred on a flight which had been due to leave for Los Angeles from Heathrow's Terminal 5.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), she has been charged with three counts of assaulting a constable, one count of disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and one count of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour towards cabin crew.
She will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on 20 June 2008, the CPS added.
Ms Campbell was told of the charges when she reported to Heathrow police station just after 1130 BST.
Dressed in a dark pinstriped suit and sunglasses, she refused to talk to journalists.
