A man has died after a crash involving a bus carrying 27 schoolchildren and a car in County Donegal. | |
It happened on the main Letterkenny to Ballybofey road at about 1630 BST on Monday. The Bus Eireann was heading from Londonderry to Donegal town. | |
The 34-year-old car driver was pronounced dead at Letterkenny General Hospital. | |
A student from the Royal and Prior School in Raphoe and a man aged in his 70s suffered minor injuries. | |
Following the collision the bus, which was fitted with seatbelts, turned over on its side in a field. | |
