Alistair Douglas, who led the service, told about 80 mourners: "No-one could be more loved or cherished".
He said Paul had been a "serious wee man" who was "Spiderman daft" and that Jay was a completely different boy, who was confident and liked to be known as "Jay Jay."
Mr Douglas said Ms Ross had been a "wonderful" mother who had "lost everything".
After the service members of the local community lined the street and stood with their heads bowed as the hearse carrying the boys' coffin made the journey to nearby Riddrie Cemetery.
