A 29-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Monday, charged with neglect. Angela Gordon, 33, and 29-year-old Junaid Abuhamza were charged with neglect at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Monday.
