Senior Mumbai police official Brajesh Singh told the BBC that the three bodyguards had been charged with "insult to religion and threatening to kill". Mr Patni said parents were upset that the school allowed filming while classes were being held inside.

The lawyer for the bodyguards, Mahesh Jethmalani, told the BBC the bodyguards were released on bail of 25,000 rupees each ($555).
They have been told to report to the police every day for the next seven days.
"They've basically been charged with offences related to criminal intimidation," Mr Jethmalani said.
"These are all cases of your word against mine. Looking at the circumstances I doubt if all these words were uttered."
