It's the latest twist in this tragic story which has been playing out since October 2014.
As the family arrived at court, both Claire Riley and Susan Aucott were hidden under umbrellas, closely guarded by a large number of friends and family.
The scene turned into a heated scuffle, with cameras being pushed and shoved away as they made their way inside the building.
Later, Ms Riley and her family came back outside to have a cigarette and it was then she appeared to become unwell, bent double and began leaning on the wall of the court.
An ambulance was called, she was wheeled inside it, and taken to hospital.
