DETAILS TO FOLLOW Security services have arrested 13 people, including three officers after their attempt to take over the presidential palace failed, Anadolu Agency reported.
The Turkish Parliament has scheduled an emergency meeting on Saturday to address the attempted coup, Parliament Speaker Ismail Kahraman said.
