Woman filmed running behind boyfriend’s car, carrying their fridge (VIDEO) Very niiice! Totally Borat moment in Kazakstan as fiancé proves strength by carrying fridge (VIDEO)
(about 13 hours later)
Video footage of a woman in Kazakhstan trotting behind her boyfriend’s car while carrying a fridge has led to some, shall we say, confusion. 'This is my soon-to-be wife. She's very niiice. So niiice that she carries refrigerator hanging out of car while I driiive it.'
In the video, the woman is seen holding the fridge, which was apparently just slightly too big to fit in their trunk. Her husband, meanwhile, drives down a street.  In a scene straight out of Borat, video footage of a man and woman in Kazakhstan has led to some, shall we say, confusion... and a few chuckles.
Many have drawn comparisons with Sacha Baron Cohen’s sexist Kazakh alter-ego, Borat. The woman is seen holding the fridge hanging out of the trunk, while a man drives down a street.
Sacha Baron Cohen’s politically-incorrect Kazakh alter-ego Borat is an outrageous ‘reporter’ cracking jokes about rape, incest, and prostitution.
In the film, Borat was shocked to learn that women in the US had been allowed to drive.
It’s worth noting that women in Kazakhstan can, in fact, drive, prompting some to ask why'd she get stuck 'holding the bag,' or in this case, the giant appliance.
The video was uploaded online with the title: “Kelinka from Kazakhstan carrying a fridge behind the car.”
‘Kelinka’ reportedly refers to a “multitalented fiancee.”

The outrageous ‘reporter’ portrayed the Central Asian country as being home to nationwide incest and prostitution, with a scattering of women-beating anti-Semites. This moment kicked off a spirited debate online in the ongoing battle of the sexes, including the comments section below, as to whether this is proof women are just as capable of carrying out manual labor, she's marrying a man who would let his soon-to-be wife carry the burden, or she just wanted the exercise.
In the film, Borat was shocked to learn that women in the US had been allowed to drive. It’s worth noting that women in Kazakhstan can, in fact, drive. Which begs the question. Why had she been carrying the fridge rather than seated behind the wheel?  What do you think?

When you think about it, it’s actually very progressive. All the video proves is that women are just as capable of carrying out manual labor in the form of fridge carrying as any man. Maybe she wanted the exercise?
Or else it proves that she’s marrying a guy who won’t let her drive and forces her to run behind his car while carrying their fridge.
We’ll let you be the judge.
