Paul Ryan says he will vote for Donald Trump

Version 0 of 2. House speaker Paul Ryan has announced he will be voting for Donald Trump. In a column for Jamesville Gazette, Mr Ryan’s hometown newspaper, he wrote: “Through these conversations, I feel confident he (Trump) would help us turn the ideas in this agenda into laws to help improve people's lives. That's why I'll be voting for him this fall.” Mr Ryan referred to the so-called peace talks in Washington DC held between the two Republicans two weeks ago. He said they do not agree on every issue. “But the reality is, on the issues that make up our agenda, we have more common ground than disagreement,” he said. |
