Police arrested 13 people on Tuesday and Wednesday in connection with the youngster's death. The other 16-year-old is accused of disposing of the murder weapon, clothing and a bicycle used in the killing.
Three people, aged 49, 50 and 54, and a 16-year-old, have been released on bail pending further inquiries. The 17-year-old charged with assisting an offender is accused of helping dispose of the murder weapon and clothing.
A 22-year-old man was also bailed on Tuesday night. A number of people have been arrested and released on bail pending further inquiries.
