Dispute
The three men are former members of the security staff at Belfast International Airport who were dismissed from their jobs in controversial circumstances in 2002.
They have been in dispute with Unite for several years.
Earlier in the week, the three staged a protest on the roof of Transport House, before continuing their protest at ground level.
A spokesman for the protestors said they had now gone four days without food and two days without water.
A Unite representative said the union "believed it had acted honourably towards the three men".
