The moves comes two days after Fiona MacKeown, Scarlett's mother, identified her daughter's remains at a hospital in Mumbai, her lawyer Vikram Varma said. Fiona MacKeown flew into Heathrow from Mumbai six weeks after her daughter was found raped and murdered on a beach in Goa, India.
Scarlett, 15, was found raped and murdered on Anjuna beach last month while on a family holiday. She has said she wants to bury Scarlett, 15, on her land near Bideford, north Devon.
