A man was shot and critically wounded Monday afternoon in the Langston Terrace neighborhood of Southeast Washington, according to a D.C. police spokesman, just an hour after a youth was shot and wounded nearby.
The man’s shooting occurred about 4:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Langston Place SE. A D.C. police spokesman said homicide detectives had been ordered to the scene. No other details were immediately available.
