Miss Flounders was asked by Mr Pownall if he named the women. She said: "Just one. He wouldn't tell me the other names." Miss Flounders agreed that he had not told her, although she said he had mentioned he asked for a "thank you kiss".
Asked how many there were, she said: "Quite a few." Earlier, Miss Flounders was asked a series of questions about her partner's pubic hair and was asked to examine a photograph.
Miss Flounders also told the jury that the footballer first told her he was going to plead guilty in about September last year. The teenager involved in the incident has told the jury Mr Johnson was shaved in that area.
Born in Sunderland, Mr Johnson began his career at Middlesbrough before moving to Manchester City and then on to Sunderland for £10m in 2012. Miss Flounders said he would trim the area with scissors, but would not shave.
The footballer has previously pleaded guilty to one count of sexual activity with a child and one charge of grooming. He was sacked by Sunderland as a result. Mr Johnson began his football career at Middlesbrough before moving to Manchester City and then on to Sunderland in 2012.
