A second man has been charged with the murder of Shaun Fitzpatrick in Dungannon last weekend. Two men have been remanded in custody charged with the murder of Shaun Fitzpatrick in Dungannon last weekend.
The 24-year-old will appear with a 21-year-old man at Dungannon Magistrates Court on Friday. They were Andrius Dunauskas, 21, of Lisnahall Road in Dungannon, and Raminas Balseris, 24, of Altmore Drive, Dungannon.

The 32-year-old, from the town's Lisnahull estate, had been beaten to death. He was on his way home after a night out when he was attacked. On Friday evening, about 300 people gathered in the town for a prayer vigil to show solidarity with his family.
Earlier, a detective told Dungannon magistrates court he could connect the two Lithuanian nationals to the charges.

The pair will appear in court again via video-link on 16 April.
