Police have named a 42-year-old man stabbed to death at a house early on Wednesday as Michael Morgan. | |
Gwent Police were called to the property at Heol Derw, in Hengoed, Caerphilly county, at around 0400 GMT. | |
Mr Morgan was taken to Prince Charles Hospital, in Merthyr Tydfil, where he was pronounced dead. | |
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murdering Mr Morgan. He remains in police custody where he will be questioned by detectives. | |
Mr Morgan was described as a loving husband, father, son and brother. | |
His relatives said he was a devoted family man who would be missed by many. |
