Time has finally run out for a would-be EuroMillions Lottery multi-millionaire in Devon. | |

The winner failed to claim the prize before the 1730 GMT deadline and the cash will now be donated to the lottery's Good Causes fund. | |
A National Lottery spokesperson said the person had "sadly missed out on this substantial amount of money". | |
"Unfortunately, I can confirm that the ticket-holder did not come forward within the deadline to claim their prize," the spokesperson said. | |
