Police are examining a suspicious object which was found in County Fermanagh. A bomb has been found during a police search operation in County Fermanagh.

SDLP assembly member Tommy Gallagher said it has disrupted people trying to live their daily lives. Chief Inspector Alwyn Barton said he had no doubt that the device could have caused serious injury or death.
"The police and the security people who have been operating in the area are treating this very seriously," he said. He said: "I believe this was an attempt to kill members of the community police in the area." The security operation will continue on Saturday.
"Most people now regard this as a completely senseless act."
