Both were were pupils at Ysgol y Faenol school in Bodelwyddan. A statement from North Wales Police read: "Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths of the two children, and police would like to stress that this was an isolated incident which has horrified the community.
"North Wales Police will continue to maintain a presence in Bodelwyddan to provide reassurance to the local residents .
"Family liaison officers will continue to work with Sarah and both her extended families through this traumatic period. They will also work closely with the LEA at the school where both Caitlin and Aidan were pupils."
Both children were pupils at Ysgol y Faenol school in Bodelwyddan.
