Two brothers have been charged following a series of anti-terror raids in south-east England. Four men from south London have been charged following a series of police raids which targeted an alleged network of terrorist recruiters.
Yassin Mutegombwa, 22, of Upper Norwood, London, is charged with three counts of receiving terrorism training. One of them, Yassin Mutegombwa, 22, is accused of receiving training in the use of weapons in woodland in Hampshire and at a location in Berkshire.
Police allege he was trained in the use of weapons in woodland near a caravan and campsite in Hampshire, and at another location in Berkshire. Three other men were charged with other terrorism offences.
Hassan Mutegombwa, 20, also of Upper Norwood, is charged with one count of procuring funds for terrorism. All were held during a series of night raids in London on 1 September, including at a Chinese restaurant.

Musa Akmet, 47, of Eltham, is charged with having information useful to a person committing an act of terrorism, as well as possession of a firearm, under the Firearms Act.
And Mustafa Abdullah, 24, of Stockwell, is charged with having information useful to a person committing an act of terrorism.
The raids in London led to 14 arrests, including 12 at the restaurant in Borough, although two people have been released.

The Metropolitan Police have been granted a warrant for the further detention until Wednesday of another man arrested in the raids.
A total of 14 arrests were made in the operation, 12 of them at the restaurant, and two people have since been released.
