Kris Mills, who works around the corner from the building in Gloucester Street, told BBC News that he was outside at the time, and went to the building as soon as he heard a loud crash. About 60 people were working on the site
"I helped to rescue them. I ran in with four or five other fellows and lifted the machinery off one of them. He was covered in blood and completely crushed."
