Montgomery County police said Bart was shot in a confrontation at his door in the the 9500 block of Clement Road. Avelar Morales, 17, of Girard Street in Gaithersburg, Daniel Adonai Ramos, 19, of Lost Knife Circle in Montgomery Village, and Juan Espinal Rapalo, 18, of Summit Avenue in Gaithersburg were charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Roberto Gutierrez Cruz, 22, of Montgomery Village. — Martin Weil |
