The 71-second long extract from the call reveals Mrs Matthews, a 32-year-old mother of seven, in tears as she tells the West Yorkshire Police operator her daughter has not gone missing before.
'No arguments'
The distraught mother said: "I have been everywhere I can think of friends-wise, family and everything."
She goes on to say there were no arguments at home and Shannon went to school as normal in the morning.
