The trio were arrested on Friday morning in the Strabane area. The body of Mr Burns, 27, was found with gun shots wounds near a church in Doneyloop, County Donegal, on Tuesday 12 February. It is believed he had been previously injured in a shooting blamed on dissident republicans. The Real IRA denied involvement in the murder. People attending a youth club found Mr Burns lying on the road. |
